Cacao Infusion Kit Instructions & Recipes:
INSTRUCTIONS: Top bottle up with liquor of your choice (rum, brandy, or bourbon). Let sit 2 weeks. Sip straight, or use as a cocktail ingredient.
Champagne Cocktail: put a sugar cube in a champagne flute, add 1 tablespoon cacao brandy, top w/ champagne.
Old Fashioned: add 1/2 tsp sugar, bitters & 1 tsp water into a rocks glass, stir until sugar is nearly dissolved. Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add 2 oz cacao bourbon, and gently stir to combine flavors. Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
Serve the liquor-soaked nibs on top of vanilla ice cream!
