Whiskey Barrel Aged 75% Dark Chocolate

Chocorua Rye whiskey barrel-aged chocolate: smooth and luscious. We aged roasted Honduran cacao nibs in a spent whiskey barrel from Tamworth Distillery for six months, then ground the nibs into smooth 2-ingredient chocolate. Does not contain alchohol.
