A barista favorite at Enna Chocolate: the unsweetened hot chocolate is great straight up, or you can add your favorite sweetener (maple syrup is yummy). Our drinking chocolate is incredible smooth, rich, and absolutely delicious!
We recommend blending it with your favorite hot liquid: water, milk, or nut-milk. Each bag contains 6 ounces of chocolate. Blend 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate with 1-2 tablespoons of boiling water, then fill cup the rest of the way with 6-8 oz hot milk (or alternative milk) and whisk till incorporated.
At our cafe, this is the chocolate that we use for the Downeaster (maple syrup), and the Up to Eleven (unsweetened) hot chocolates.
