The Longest Night is our ode to Winter Solstice: inspired by what a seafaring ice-locked sun-craving chocolate lover may need during the longest night of the year... warming ginger and citrus, a whiff of cozy holidays by the fire and a dream of a favorite summertime drink (the Dark and Stormy). Our beloved Anamalai India 75% dark chocolate packed with pieces of spicy gingersnap (gluten free and vegan, scratch made in-house), and blackened lime (ethically produced and sourced in Guatemala).
